1. General Provisions

ace8 is an online gaming and entertainment platform operating in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions apply to all users who use any service, game, or feature offered by ace8. The platform operates solely for entertainment purposes and follows responsible gaming principles.

• Maintain only one account per person — multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• You may not open an account in another person's name or on their behalf.
• Keep your account password and login details confidential and never share them with any third party.
• Notify ace8 immediately of any changes to your account details.

2.3 Identity Verification

ace8 may request a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued documents for identity verification at any time. Withdrawal requests may be put on hold until identity verification is complete.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4. Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at ace8 will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example:

4.2 Wagering Requirement

The bonus amount must be wagered 10 times before it becomes withdrawable. The wagering requirement applies only to the bonus amount, not to the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

4.3 Additional Bonus Terms

• Each user may receive the first deposit bonus only once.
• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and, if detected, all related accounts will be closed.
• ace8 reserves the right to modify or cancel bonus terms at any time.
• ace8 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if its terms are violated.

5. VIP & Loyalty Program

ace8's VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.5% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 1.0% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 1.5% cashback per week.

VIP tier upgrades are subject to ace8's assessment and evaluation. ace8 reserves the right to change VIP program terms at any time, and VIP benefits may be discontinued or modified.

6. Fair Play & Security

6.1 Technical Security

ace8 uses SSL encryption technology to keep all transactions and personal data secure. Our platform follows fair play principles and game outcomes are entirely neutral and random.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ace8:

• Playing games using automated bots, software, or scripts.
• Opening multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transactions.
• Attempting to hack ace8's systems or circumvent security measures.
• Harassing or defrauding other users.
• Operating an account using a false identity or another person's information.

If such activities are detected, ace8 reserves the right to close the relevant account without prior notice and to confiscate any deposited funds.

All content on the ace8 platform — logos, text, graphics, software, designs, and other elements — is the intellectual property of ace8. Using, reproducing, or distributing ace8's content for any purpose without permission is strictly prohibited.

The intellectual property rights of games displayed on the ace8 platform belong to the respective game developers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, etc.). ace8 operates these games under contractual partnerships with these companies.

9. Limitation of Liability

ace8 is not responsible for any losses caused by technical errors, server issues, internet disconnections, or external factors. However, if any incomplete transaction occurs due to a technical issue, ace8 will endeavour to resolve it as quickly as possible.

• Providing a false identity or information.

If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unlawful, that part will be removed and the remaining terms will continue to be fully effective.
